**I gladly accept returns and exchanges for standardized products**:
-this pertains to non-customized items i.e., products without variations, and products that are not built-to-order.
-Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
-Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
**I don't accept cancellations for customized products, made-to-order items, or items with variations**:
-However, please contact me if you have any problems with your order, and we will do everything within our capabilities to remedy the situation
-Please note: we have not received a refund or cancellation request on any of our products to date. Our customers have all been satisfied with the products they have ordered from us.
**The following items can't be returned or exchanged (because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns or issue exchanges for)**:
-Custom or personalized orders
-Orders for items with variations
-However, please contact me if you have any problems with your order, and we will do everything within our capabilities to remedy the situation

**Conditions of return/exchange for qualifying products**:
-Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
-If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value (unless item was damaged in transit while being shipped to customer).
**Misc**:
-Note: all items are shipped with full insurance coverage. Our flat-rate shipping price is inclusive of insurance up to the full value of the item purchased (for use in the very small chance that the item incurs damage while in transit during delivery).
